1.Customers can return all eligible item(s) within 7 days for Marketplace.

2.Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or freebies. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.


3.Return the item at our pickup stations or we can pick up from you within 1 - 4 business days. Always ensure your return slip is signed by our agents as your proof of return.


4.Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3 to 7 days into your preferred refund method.

Can I change my delivery information (address/phone) after placing my order?

I found the package open and the seal broken on delivery. What should I do?

You must refuse to accept the delivery of an open package as we can’t guarantee the conformity of the product received and we will not accept returns of unsealed products should you change your mind
